Privacy policy for the HomeClass Worksheets Android app: what it collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how to delete your account.

HomeClass Worksheets ("the app", "we", "us") is an Android app published on Google Play by English Stuffs Apps and run together with FindPopularBooks (www.findpopularbooks.com). The app lets parents and teachers find, preview, download and print educational worksheets and books for children from preschool to grade 6.

This policy explains what information the app collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies only to the HomeClass Worksheets app. Our website has its own privacy policy at https://www.findpopularbooks.com/privacy.

1. Who the app is for

HomeClass Worksheets is designed for adults: parents, caregivers and teachers. Adults choose and print worksheets that children then complete on paper.

• Children do not need an account and are not asked for any personal information.
• Signing in and making purchases are meant for adults only.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Google account details (only if you sign in with Google): your name, email address, profile photo and a Google account identifier. Google shares these with us only after you choose to sign in. We never see or receive your Google password.
• Messages you send us: if you email us or use a contact or worksheet-request form, we keep your email address and what you write so we can reply.

Information about purchases

• If you buy premium worksheet packs, the payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We receive a record of the purchase (which product you bought, an order ID, the purchase date and its status) so we can unlock your content and restore it on other devices.
• We never receive or store your card number or other payment details.

Information collected automatically

• App activity: which worksheets you view, download, save as favorites or print, so we can show your downloads, favorites and suggestions.
• Device and technical information: device model, Android version, app version, language, and a randomly generated app instance ID. We use this to keep the app working and fix problems.
• Notification token: if you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging gives the app a token so we can send you notifications (for example, about new free worksheets). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
• Crash and performance data: if the app crashes or runs slowly, technical diagnostic information may be collected to help us find and fix the problem.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• create and manage your account and let you sign in;
• deliver the worksheets and books you download or buy, and restore purchases;
• remember your favorites and downloads across devices;
• send notifications you have agreed to receive;
• answer your questions and requests;
• understand which worksheets are useful so we can make better ones;
• keep the app secure, prevent abuse, and fix bugs;
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Advertising

The app does not show third-party advertising and does not use advertising identifiers to track you.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as much as they need:

• Google Sign-In lets you sign in with your Google account. Privacy policy.
• Google Play Billing processes purchases. Privacy policy.
• Firebase (Google) – Cloud Messaging and related services sends notifications and helps keep the app working. Privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider stores account and purchase data on our servers.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a business transfer (for example, if the app is sold). In that case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

6. How long we keep information

• Account information: as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days.
• Purchase records: kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, even after your account is deleted.
• Support messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
• Technical and crash data: kept for a limited time and used in aggregated or de-identified form.

7. Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information linked to it at any time:

• email contact@findpopularbooks.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my HomeClass Worksheets account".

We will confirm the deletion within 30 days. Purchase records we must keep by law are kept separately and are not used for anything else. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to:

• see the personal information we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• receive a copy in a portable format;
• object to or restrict how we use it;
• withdraw consent you have given (for example, for notifications).

To use any of these rights, email contact@findpopularbooks.com. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

You can also:

• use the app without signing in to browse free worksheets;
• turn off notifications in your device settings;
• sign out of the app at any time.

9. Security

Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to run the app. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you and the authorities about a data breach when the law requires it.

10. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. When we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you in the app.
